Outgrowing people, it happens, its worse though when it happens in rapid succession, its a blow to see and feel that rift. Of course there are people that will be there forever, but they are rare. Rare because, as people you grow build and change, who you were in high school isn’t the same as who you are, in college, and so forth and so on. Experiences, things that you would like to share, but other people are hindered, or at worse they’re peaked, or are in the same mindset as years back. Stagnation, in its worst form. For awhile it hurts to try to grow, and to try to cultivate others, with minimal results. People move at different paces, duly noted, however, what about when they don’t move at all. Complacent, settled, monotonous, or stuck. It’s up to you to figure out is this even feasible for growth, and sometimes more than not it isn’t, you want to go. Guilt, it’ll rear it’s head, however that cannot deter you, its a choice either way.
Grow or wither.
